FAQ

How do I clean my bottle?

Glass is non-porous, which makes for easy cleaning. Simply clean with hot water, mild soap, and a non-abrasive long handled brush if desired. Hand wash only. We recommend cleaning your bottle daily (like your dishes) to prevent bacteria buildup.

Store your bottle with the lid off to ensure all components dry properly and avoid trapping unwanted moisture.

Do not freeze. Do not microwave.

How do the time markers on the bottle work?

  1. Fill the 32oz bottle in the morning.
  2. Each hour drink down to the time marked in the first column. E.g. By 9am, drink down to the 9am mark.
  3. Refill and repeat in the afternoon with the second column of time markers. By 7pm you will have consumed 64 ounces of water (equivalent to 8 cups).
